Mr. Garcia studies at Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2003-07. He then became a Projects manager at PepsiCo where he led projects for implementation of multipack technology. After that he became a Senior Project Engineer, he partnered in the final commercialization of automatic case packer worldwide. Then he became an Associate Principal Engineer with PepsiCo. He then left PepsiCo and was hired by a company called Festo. At Festo he was a Global Key Account Manager where was a business driver for 2 of the top 10 food and beverage global companies. He stayed there for about two years and then came back to PepsiCo and became a Supply Chain Manager. Along with his job he also mentors students at Southern Methodist University, helping engineering majors prepare for the real world.
